By buying a product from the website implicates that the person will abide by all the following terms of use. Chemises de la Comédie has the right to change the terms of use at any time and thus the terms of use at the moment at purchase are those that will be respected.

The products on this website are purchasable according to the amount of products in stock. 

The photographs of the products do not represent a contract between the seller and buyer. They are the best respresentations of the product available thus showing the product as best can be but do not assure a perfect ressemblance between what is shown online and what the seller receives.

The prices listed do not include shipping charges. 

The prices can be changed at anytime without warning by the seller. At the time of purchase, the price listed wil be the one respected by the seller. 

Shipping and Handling: 

The shipping price is the responsibility of the buyer. 

The price of shipping is calculated from the first half (0,5) kg shipped.

Orders :

Any purchase on this website implies that the buyer fully accepts all the terms of use. 

As soon as the buyer enters his personal information and confirms a purchase on the website it is considered a transaction.  This confirmation of purchase is equivalent to a signature and an acceptance of the purchase. 

All orders are considered only after the seller has received payment. 

Muriel Sitbon of Chemises de la Comédie will communicate by email the confirmation of the recorded order. 

Muriel Sitbon of Chemises de la Comédie is required to honor all the received orders based on the amount of stock available. If the product is not available, the buyer will be informed of this and be allowed to cancle the order. The seller will be reimbursed all costs. 

Muriel Sitbon of Chemises de la Comédie has the right to cancle or refuse all orders of a buyer if the buyer and seller have a prior dispute with payment. 

Cancellation: 

The buyer has 21 days starting from the date of the reception of the order in order to return the product if the buyer is not satisfied. The price of shipping the item back is the responsibility of the buyer.  

The purchased item that does not satisfy the buyer will be exchanged for another. 

The item must be sent back in its original state with the tags still attached in its original packaging with the receipt to the following address:

After these 21 days the buyer's request for an exchange will no longer be considered. 

Items that are returned incomplete, in an inferior state or dirtied will not be considered by the seller to be exchangeable. 

Payment :

The payment is required at the time of the purchase. 

Two methods of payment are acceptable:  

- By credit card (Visa, Mastercard) via Paypal. The encryption 256SSL presented by Paypal allows a risk-free transaction.This method of payment is 100% trusted and cannot be pirated. 

- By Paypal directly in which case none of your personal financial details will be communicated to the seller. 

The order will not be validated until the entire payment has been accepted by the financial institutions responsible. In the case that the financial instituion refuses the payment, the order will be automatically cancelled and the buyer will be informed by email. Muriel Sitbon of Chemises de la Comédie has the right to cancle any order where a prior payment dispute exists.  

Delivery:

The products are sent to the delivery address provided by the buyer. 

The delivery of the ordered items will be postmarked within 10 days after the payment has been accepted. This time period is the time it takes to prepare the order. 

The delivery isLa livraison s'effectue par la Poste en collissimo suivi. Ce qui permet de suivre sa commande sur le site de La Poste. The possible delay of items once sent are not the responsibilty of the seller. The buyer agrees to the possibility of risks once a package has been sent. The buyer has 48 hours to contact the shipping institution in order to report a problem with the shipping. 

Muriel Sitbon has the right to modify the price of shipping, to change shipping institutions or to change the shipping services.  


Guarantee :

All the products provided by Chemises de la Comédie are under the legal guarantee listed in the articles 1641 et s. of the French Code Civil.

We guarantee that the products sent are in a perfect state. If the item does not match that which the buyer ordered or has hidden defects according to the articles 1641 et 1649 of the French Code Civil that originated with the frabricator and not the shipper, the buyer has the right to return the item within 21 days from the date of reception to Chemises de la Comédie, 2 rue Jules Latreilhe, 34000 Montpellier; France and it will be exchanged depending on the available stock. In this case the shipping costs are the responsibility of the seller. The buyer must send proof of shipment to the buyer in order to be reimboursed all costs.  

At the time where an inferior product is exchaged, Muriel Sitbon will reimbourse the buyer by Paypal.  Dans le cas inverse, ce dernier devra régler la différence en adressant un chèque à Muriel Sitbon.

The reimbursement is carried out through Paylpal on condition that the product received is still in its original state (tags attached, original packaging, and receipt). If this is not so, we have the right to retain all fees that are used to return the product to its original state.

We guarantee to deliver the item according to the contract between the buyer and seller and to assume responsibility of all defects that are linked to the conformity of the product offered.
